Introducing Solstice, and why we're building it.
28 JUL 2026At Solstice, we believe every business should be able to use artificial intelligence, if they want to. Right now, only the ones large enough to build it themselves can.
Today, that capability belongs to companies with their own engineering teams: machine learning specialists, months of integration work. A dental practice gets the same after-hours question as a company ten times its size. So does an auto body shop, a real estate agency.
Solstice Assistant is the first product we built to close that gap. It reads a business's own website and documents once. From then on, it answers every customer question in that business's place, day and night, in whichever language the visitor writes in. We spent months making sure the client's side stays as simple, customizable, and user-friendly as possible. The client needs one line of code. We build and run the backend.

Brand, tools, language, content: all of it stays tied to that one identifier, on our side. When something changes, we update it there. The client's own line of code never changes.
Solstice Assistant is the first product we're building toward that goal, and it's still early. We've tested it against real business websites, and it works. Feedback matters most right now: from the demos we build for real businesses, from anyone who tries it. Thank you for being here this early. We're grateful, and we're just getting started.
