This page explains what happens to the information you submit through the "Get a free demo" form on this site. Solstice is a pre-launch product at the demo stage, so this notice is intentionally short and plain — if you become a paying customer, a fuller data processing agreement is provided separately.
When you submit the form, we receive whatever you filled in:
Solely to build the personalized chatbot demo you requested from your own site's content, and to contact you about it. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it with advertisers.
Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form backend, which delivers them to us by email. No account or password of yours is involved.
For as long as needed to build and follow up on your demo, and deleted after if you don't become a customer.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you at any time — just say so through the demo request form and mention it in your message.
